PinIt LLC utilizes MixPanel to collect Usage Data which is used to generate reports to further understand user workflows.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends when You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

The security of Your Personal Data is very important to Us. That is why All User data is only stored locally (offline) on the device and is only accessible to the User.
PinIt LLC provides multiple built-in security measures (such as Protected Pins) that help the Users in keeping Their personal data protected from any unauthorized access.
PinIt LLC has no avenues to read or access Your Personal Data. This data remains private and local to Youe device, unless You choose to share it with another party via the in-app sharing capabilities.
Protected Pins
PinIt LLC offers Protected Pins as an extra layer of security to Our Users to protect Their Personal Data. Pins that have become protected via Passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID are protected by the native device security. If the native device security is disabled, Protected Pins will temporarily become unavailable to access until the device’s system password is set again. PinIt LLC has no way to view, unlock, or recover Your Protected Pins.
Data Loss
PinIt LLC is not responsible for any loss, deletion, corruption, or misuse of data on Our Platform. You as a User are responsible for the creation, saving, sharing, and managing of your data within PinIt!. Once Your Data is deleted, it undergoes a permanent deletion process. Thus, it cannot be restored back to Your device.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
PinIt LLC is a Data Controller of Your Information.
The legal basis for collecting and using Your Personal Information is thoroughly described in this Privacy Policy. You may request removal of Your Personal Information at any time. To do so, please contact Us at support@thepinitapp.com.

Children’s Privacy
The Pinit! Service is designed for adults. Therefore, we do not intend to collect personal information from children under the age of 16.

If We learn that We have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
